By using PetMind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Informational purpose
PetMind provides informational pet wellness observations, organization tools, breed estimates and AI-generated summaries. It is not a veterinary diagnostic service.
No veterinary relationship
Use of PetMind does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical concerns or emergencies.
Accuracy of results
Visual scans, wellness estimates, breed recognition and AI insights may contain errors or uncertainty. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for medical or safety decisions.
Subscriptions
PetMind may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PetMind, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Service availability
Features may change, become unavailable or be updated over time. PetMind does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetMind is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on informational wellness estimates, breed classification or AI-generated content.
