Overview
PetMind AI is designed to help pet owners organize pet profiles, wellness observations, scan history and AI-generated informational insights.
Information you provide
You may provide information such as your pet's name, breed, age, weight, profile image, symptoms, reminders and other pet-care information you choose to enter.
Camera and visual scanning
PetMind uses camera access when you choose to perform a scan. Camera access is used to analyze visible pet signals and create scan results.
Breed classification
Supported breed classification is processed on-device using Core ML. Breed results are estimates and may not always be correct.
AI wellness insights
When AI wellness features are enabled, relevant pet profile and scan information may be transmitted to an AI service to generate informational summaries and suggestions.
Advertising and data sales
PetMind does not sell personal information for third-party advertising.
Data deletion
Users can delete pet information and other stored app data through available app controls. Additional support requests can be sent to the contact address below.
